and let me know you wish to register — I will add you (as long as I don’t believe you are a spammer) and let you know when it has been completed. Please include your name in your email, and also, if you want to have a different “handle” (like I am user “poet”).
I was unaware a while back that the number of spammers who would register for a site just to send spam in a comment that would be deleted anyway was so high, but I had to go through the list of HUNDREDS and delete all of them. I am not going to do that again.
I do not expect many user requests. If that changes, I will figure something else out (or just keep it blocked). I wouldn’t mind meeting new people and getting comments, but not if I have to spend a lot of time cleaning up after spammers. I will try and check the email every few days, so it will not be an immediate add.
